When I was a junior high school and a high school student, I think I am healthy, because I attend all classes without tardiness and absense for six years. However, nowadays, I think I am not healthy. For me, healthy is to spend life rightly. Thus, I am not healthy, because I cannot spend time rightly. For example, I am busy and I cannnot have enough time to sleep and I cannnot finish my assignment on time and sometimes I buy meals in convenirnce store. There are things that I cannot do. I should try to be more healthy. I have to be highly motivated.
In order to avoid "summit fever", I forget about assignment, and I often go shopping with my friends. This time makes me so relaxed. One day, I fell into depression, and I had shopping time with my friends. I talked her why I cause depression. If my friend do not give an useful advice, I become relaxed by just talking about a thing that cause depression. By doing such a thing, I avoid "summit fever".
Hi Yurie,
返信削除I know what you mean about losing the ability to "spend life rightly." I find I can manage for awhile and then I reach a point in which I just become too busy and that is when my organization, exercise, sleep, etc. start to get lost. I just crossed into such a zone within the last week, and it is likely to stay that way until the end of the term.
Like students, teachers need holidays too to get their lives back in control.

Hi Yurie,
返信削除You seem to have a great strategy for avoiding "Summit Fever." But you also seem to feel that time management is a problem for you. Consider making time management a final presentation topic as you might learn something that will be helpful.

Hi, Yurie.
返信削除I really agree with your opinion that chatting with friends is great way to avoid "summit fever". Solution is not necesarily needed, chatting itself is useful. I see!
